[고려방송] 수떡공예교육문화원, 광주고려인마을서 ‘선주민과 이주민이 하나되는 쿠킹클래스’ 개최

광주 고려인마을은 지난 13일 고려인마을일원에서 ‘선주민과 이주민이 하나되는 쿠킹클래스’ 를 개최했다고 15일 밝혔다.
고려인마을에 따르면, 이날 행사는 월곡2동 도시재생 뉴딜사업 성과공유회 일환으로 ㈜수떡공예교육문화원(대표 최수옥)이 진행한 행사로 광주정착 고려인동포를 비롯한 월곡2동 주민 등 200여명이 참석했다.
오전 10시부터 오후 늦은 시간까지 진행된 이번행사는 선주민과 고려인마을 주민들이 대거 참가해 이질적인 언어 장벽을 넘어 음식으로 하나 되는 따뜻한 동포애를 나눴다.

주요 행사는 우리밀 ‘마트료시카’ 쿠키와 고려인만두 ‘최조랴기’ 만들기 체험, 딸기품은‘인절미’, 마트료시카 도예체험. 헨젤과 그레텔 과자집 만들기 등이었다.
이날 행사에 참가한 고려인마을 아동 100여 명과 선주민들은 각 부스에 마련된 체험 순서에 따라 자신들의 고유음식과 한국인의 전통음식을 만들어 맛보며 각국의 독특한 음식문화에 대한 이해를 높혔다.
최수옥 대표는 “이번 행사를 통해 선주민과 고려인 간 이질적인 간극을 극복하고 서로의 문화와 따뜻한 마음을 이해하는 소중한 시간이 되었다” 며 “고려인마을에서 하나 되는 푸드해설사를 양성해 고려인마을을 찾는 관광객들의 만족도를 높이고 일자리를 창출하는데 최선을 다하겠다” 고 말했다.
한편, 이날 행사에는 박미옥 광산구 의원과 월곡2동 주민자치회 노한복 위원장, 김기령 위원 등 10여명, 이재은 동장, 안봉길 팀장, 이몽룡 산정상인회장, 정진산 산정상가번영회장, 정미정 지사협위원장, 방행례 한국예술문화연합회 이사, 제임스정 목사 등도 참석해 행사를 축하했다.
